My Foot Can't Still be Broken but at Least I'm getting better and Working??? It must be the milk and Fish!

Yo yo yo what is HAPPENING all you blog readers out there, welcome to the Feb 26th edition of Lachlan's Super Epic Australia Blog Master Edition Now with 25% More Marshmallows.

I'll start this sweet post with a mandatory Lachlan Health Check: No, my foot is not healed yet ;-; It's getting really close though! I've just recently started to put more weight on my heel, and it doesn't hurt too badly! There is still some discomfort, but I'm experimenting with that to see if it's actually the bon not being totally healed yet, or just the muscles and nerves acting up from not being used in so long. I've been working and biking a lot recently, and it's so nice to actually be able to get out and do stuff again oml fr.

Still unable to do a lot of the really cool stuff I wanted to while I was here in Port like martial arts and hiking and surfing, but it is how it is, and at the very least I should be able to enjoy some of those activities before I leave. As can be read from the title, I've been eating lots of fish and drinking lots of milk since apparently they are both super high in the nutrients needed to mend bone, and I think they're working, probably? No idea, I've never fractured a heel before and don't plan on ever doing it again, so I'll assume they're the cause of any and all healing.

Mental health is still not 100% but it's also still improving. Some days are better than others but idk it is how it is ya feel me? I mostly just want to like myself more, I'm pretty self-critical and don't want to rely on external validation anymore. Ah hell but that's too much, no more spilling from me.

Once again though, not many updates for ya'll! I've still been pretty out of it with my wrecked foot, so like I said above, I haven't been able to go out and do too much fun stuff. I've been hanging out with my hostel friends a lot though recently and they've been really fun. No cool pictures (keep forgetting to take some, sorry!) but they have been a lovely bunch, we play beer pong and talk about religion and stuff it's great.

Although, one thing that's been happening is that I'm still working on my video game! I haven't come up with a title for it yet, but I'm really pleased with how it's progressing.

I think the only character I haven't finalized yet is the main one LOL. She still doesn't have a name, and IDK if I'll give her one. At the moment she's just referred to as the "Treasure Hunter" and I think it suits her fine. No new renders for her unfortunately LOL. I do plan on making a really cool PDF guide for the game, so once that's made I'll link it here and there should be some neat new art, but atm I've got very little aside from menu icons that I don't think you'll all find very interesting, but here's what I'm using for each character's posture bar. See if you can tell who's is who's!


and finally, I'll wrap up this blog post with some photos and accompanying text: This is a super cool bike I saw recently with a REAL CLOWN HORN and a basket. If I had a dream bike, this would basically be it.

I rode home from work during a rain storm the other night. My roommate greeted me when I got home asking what percent wet I was. I said 90%, with the only 10% dry being the section of my shirt in this photo.
Another spider sighted! This one was at the hostel when I was visiting one night. It was a pretty big guy! I think it's a male from the size of its ass (females have dumptrucks) and man could he move. If he wasn't in that cup he'd be running all over the damn place LOL
