On da road, final stretch through Australia?

Hows it going all of you blog readers, it's me, mr. Has No Wi-Fi 8)

Sorry for the no updates recently, I've been a busy bee on the road and also just lazy ;)

But the good news is that I'm finally on the road! I've got my shitty car fixed, and now I can drive around to my heart's content. I've seen some pretty neat stuff recently too, for instance I went to the world's 2nd most beautiful beach, Whitehaven Beach which was INSANE. Like, I'll put a picture down below but omg it does not do it justice, this was some PURE WHITE SAND, this stuff was Hex Value #000000 if you know what I mean. Like INSANE.

I've also been super lucky to do a lot of snorkeling lately :D Both when I went to the Whitsundays and also I recently snorkeled on the Great Barrier Reef. That was a really fun trip LOL, one of my friends went before me and said "Oh yeah make sure to take the anti-nausea meds, they really help" and I said "Nah I'm not a frickin BABY I don't need them".

I needed them.

Didn't puke or anything but oh my god the non-existant breakfast I ate was lurching around in my stomach. Luckily the reefs were amazing, made the whole thing worth it :) I only have pictures from when I snorkeled the whitsundays since I forgot to ask my friend for his Go-Pro before going to the Great Barrier Reef, but it's cool, you'll just have to take my word that it was amazing ;)

Otherwise I've just been doing a lot of free cheeky camping around the highway, seeing cool stuff :) Definitely need to spend a night in a hostel soon tho, I've luckily been able to shower pretty frequently but now I haven't washed my face for 2 days and I'm feeling gross (will not be washing my face with the nasty rest area water that stuff is NOT TRUSTWORTHY). So now I'm going to K'gari aka Fraser Island for 3 days and it should be really fun :) Will post again when I'm back from there.



But other cool things? I saw a bunch of Kangaroos recently, and platypus!!! OMG platypus are adorable, they're little freaks that get like 5 seconds of breath and then dive down in the water for way too long. I tried to see kangaroos on the beach recently but all I got was a cool sunrise instead. When I was camping last night a possum was trying to eat the remnants of my instant noodles. I gave him a piece of zucchini instead but he just spat it out and left LOL.

One other thing is that I had to leave all my friends in Cairns and it was genuinely really sad :( I didn't think it would hit that hard but a lot of us felt really close and it really sucks that I might never see any of them again. I do have plans to meet up with 2 of them in Canada, and 2 more in Japan (we are going to go to the Monster Hunter Bar and get 1 litre of Monster Hunter Beer for 15 dollars), but still, sucks I don't get to hang out with them right now. I'll see you later space cowboys o7

But I think that's really all I have to say right now? Not much I know haha, but I don't have a ton of time to type and lots of stuff I want to do :D
